1. Overview
Because our home office audits are digital services (not physical products), refunds are handled through cancellation and credit policies below.
2. Cancel Before We Start
Cancel before we begin reviewing your photos and intake form — get a full refund within 14 business days. Email callme@movewashenergy.world with your name and order reference.
3. Cancel After We Start
If we have already begun your audit, you may receive a partial refund minus a processing fee for work completed. We will tell you the exact amount when you cancel.
4. Completed Audits
Delivered reports are generally non-refundable because the service has been performed. If your report contains a factual error in documented measurements, contact us within 7 days for a free correction review.
5. Rescheduling
Reschedule follow-up calls at no charge if you notify us 48+ hours in advance. Changes within 48 hours may incur up to a 15% rescheduling fee.
6. Service Credits
When a refund is not applicable, we may offer a credit toward a future audit. Credits are valid 12 months and are non-transferable.
7. How to Request
